The SCORE Culture Survey allows teams to assess their culture in various areas including
- Safety
- Communication
- Teamwork
- Burnout
This event is designed to increase understanding of the results of the survey, how different domains relate to each other and ways of dealing with the results. It also aims to develop the skills of delegates by exploring ways of facilitating debriefings.
The event will be held at Exeter Racecourse, on Thursday 22 June 2017, with refreshments available from 08:45am.
